have lightforce changed 170 light or is it bullbar vibration

Just fitted a new set of 170hid lightforce lights and they vibrate like crap. I had standard halogen 170's on before these and they didnt seem to vibrate. The front screw on lense seems to move on the arm a heap im sure my old ones were nice and solid but i will check when i get to work tomorrow. Has anyone else noticed extra movement in newer lightforce lights?

I had the same problem. I reckon their mounting design on that model is crap!

Like i said my old ones are rock solid these new ones the front screw on lense seems to be weaker and flex on the mount where it screws onto the arm. Im wondering if they havent made them a bit thinner
