I have installed a water to air intercooloer on my zd30 and it's time to change the coolant, question is what is the best liquid to use??
and where can i buy

the green stuff. you can get either concentrated and mix it with demineralised water or premixed in a big bottle. same as you put in your radiator. stops corrosion and has higher boiling point than water(not that that will be an issue with an intercooler) you can get it from super cheap, repco autobahn, kmart, anywhere.

post pics of yr set up? sounds tasty!

Castrol sell corrosion inhibitor, water with this in it is best as glycol-water transfers less heat than water. And it's easier to identify where a leak is originating.
