Map sensor

Map sensors. Any one cleaned theirs - what did you use?

Bump - any info appreciated

Spray it with electrical contact cleaner, don't physically scrub or touch it with anything, this is also the case with MAF sensors, we have CRC Electrical contact cleaner at work so I'm not sure where to buy it, probably an electrical supplier (like TLE) outlet would be a good start.
