Some good info thanks mate. Also just wondering if you took any notice to the availability of LPG along your travels. Did most servo's supply Gas?

No I didn't take specific notice of gas but the ones I do know that have gas are Ceduna, (both Coles and BP), Border Village and Eucla (approx 700ks from Ceduna), Caiguna (approx 400ks from BV) and Norseman (a further 400ks). After Norseman there is Shell at Merridin (350ks) and plenty of independents which I'm sure have it.

To be honest I would think they would all have it these days because all but two of the servos (Mundrabilla and Nundroo) are major chain servos.
