I'd recommend trying out some of the VNOG trips, no membership, rules or regulations.

Everybody works together as a group and will teach you things along the way.

vnog trips have definatly gotta be better than being part of a club. come and go as you please, plenty of tips and help and all without someone watching over you telling you that you shouldnt be doing that

I'd agree with the others, vnog blokes are great, wanting to get on some more adventures with them soon, and the more the merrier, just means more trips can be planned when trips fill or folks can't make it!

Certainly no registration, living in Vic and being but of the forum is the only criteria.

I don't even own a Nav anymore but the guy's still let me tag along as their recovery vehicle
