Question on raising boost on d22 zd30

hey guys my nav is pretty much standard...looking to raise the boost...some stuff i want to know...can i just raise the boost pressure or does the fuel delivery need to be raised as well and how much lbs do you all recommend i can run safely...also looking to do a straight thru 3 inch exhaust month end..advice any one...

also i live in barbados tropical climate what size frount mount would you all recommend me to use

I think they already run lean so upping boost will do 2/10 of **** all to performance.

really you need a chip to add more fuel to up the boost and get effective results.

With the chip you will need a 2.75 or 3 inch exhaust. Straight through (most people's preference) including new dump pipe.

I've never had it on the dyno so I can only go by feel, but it it seems to allow the turbo to spool earlier in the rpm, which means now on hills where I would have had to drop to 4th or labour the engine, I can now cruise up in 5th. Also sounds a whole lot better. I haven't got a pyro gauge fitted, but I know that it helps keep the exhaust temp down which is what you need for a chip. I am going for a chip it chip.
