i am keen to replace all belts in the zd30 is this a hard job to do and does anything have to be removed for access.are there any belts that are better than others and how many belts are there?:dontknow:

Just finished the job myself as follows;

One belt and bought genuine on EBay.

Removed radiator and fan, replaced tensioner and pulley (2002 model).

Needed breaker bar to control tensioner, and followed belt diagram from workshop manual.

Did not tackle it without looking into it first, and all went well.

Are aware it can be done (not sure how easy though) without removing radiator and fan? But wanted to change tensioner anyway.

Cheers and beers

thanks for the info hammerhead,where did you get tensioner and pulley from?

Got them via. eBay from online auto parts. Tensioner pulley was shot, tensioner probably okay. All genuine Nissan replacements.

Cheers
