Roof bars and awning?

Hey guys. Has any one fitted roof bars and made an awning fit to the bars? Or are they not far enough apart to suspend the load properly. Cheers

I've fitted my awning to my clamp on rhino bars,been on there for 8mnths all good

2m awning is fine. I ran my 2.5 for about 6 months no problem
