Does anyone have a part number for the tensioner pulley on a Spanish diesel d40 2008?

Where do you want to source it from? Repco have the part numbers on their system, because they source the part through Nuline (Precision Parts) in Wagga. Precision Parts also have the catalog available online if you need their part number.

But if you want the OEM part number, sorry can't help as I wouldn't buyt that part OEM.

Perfect. Job done! Well, ordering the parts bit of the job anyway. Thanks doc.

NO worries mate. I've used the nuline pulleys (via Repco) for both the tensioner and the alternator. Bearing in alternator pulley died ~10months after purchase - replaced under warranty on the spot. Happy customer.

Is there a torque setting for the bolt holding the pulley on?

Yep, calibrated wrist "oomph tight". Drop a little loctite on the threads before installing
