Tyre Sizes, D22 , Any Ideas

Hey everyone the names Mick ( Michael ) , been reading the forum for a while , all you regulars seem to know your stuff ,
Hopping someone can help me, does anyone know what the maximum size tyre will fit the navara with out to much mods, I have a 2" Body Lift at the moment, I want to make sure they dont rub under compresion. ( i have noticed the issue is more at the rear of the front tyre by the doors, any help would be great.

Most run 265/75/R16 without too much trouble. You need to weigh up size versus powerloss and this seems to be a good compromise for most.
