We've got a Baby Q in the van with the low lid (no thermometer) and use it with a collapsible rotisserie. Not bad, need to add a little extra time with a lower heat to get the spitroast done right, but it bakes bread (from bread rolls to pizza dough) rather well on the road.

We also have a Q200 with the high lid for @ home. Awesome. Bakes well - about 190C with the lid down on minimum. Rotisserie works even better - more heat over a larger area.

I notice that they both get hotter on the side furthest from the control, and in the top right corner. That's great - being predictable like that, I can move food around as needed as well.

When we bake, we always use a pizza stone or metal tray under the trivet. Stops the stuff burning underneath while the top cooks.
