What is this fault code?

I'm seeing two codes and neither of them make any sense. It looks like 5089 and 1116 with some extra flashes afterwards (so maybe 1118 with a video glitch). None of those (including 1118) exist. Looks like it was going to do 0 0 just as the video stopped (10 long flashes at 00:40 to 00:51 then 10 short flashes from 00:53 to 00:59). The series of long flashes indicates the first digit in a 4-digit trouble code.
I think it's more of a job for either Torque (Android app) or a mechanic's scanner.
