I have one of those winches and as far as am aware they are the same fitment pattern as most winches so should fit the factory bar.You might just have to rotate the clutch end so you can get at the lever when its fitted.
I have mine in a cradle so no fitment issues at all lol

i picked up that tigerz11 grande winch just before christmas and i'm hoping to have a go at installing it later this afternoon. it looks like it should bolt straight up. i've already rotated the clutch end, which is a bit of a job in itself (but quite easy once you look at it).

and you should just be able to lift it straight up into position from underneath and have someone else to just do up some of the bolts.

Hey mate. How'd you go with it? I got mine bolted up this afternoon. It was easy as and bolted straight up to the bar. I had to rotate The clutch end again do the handle is now on the bottom, otherwise it was fouling on the bar.

While I was rotating i took a photo of the process. Basically you undo the two bolts on the clutch end that go into the cross beams (the silver bars). They're a 6mm Allen key from memory.

Once they're undone you just lift off the clutch end, which should reveal a bunch of grease and the drum spline end and the clutch spindle thingy. Then with the clutch end you need to undo all the little bolts you see in the pic, and just lift and rotate the end as you need, be mindful of the rubber gasket underneath, that you don't get it all messed up and ruined when you bolt it back together.

Good luck!

i haven't got it yet still sitting at home waiting. but thanks for that mate ill definitely be on here looking at those instructions again when it come in

Sounds good, I've just finished wiring it up and have given it a full unwind and rewind to test it out.

One bit of advice, install the control box on top of the bar before your mount the winch itself, I found I had to pull the winch out to get to the bottom of the bolts.

Good luck mate.

I can do better than one pic.... Lemme know if you want any closer detail pics or explanations.

mate your a legend. I know who i will be coming to if i need any more help with the winch thanks again!

Joshman, were you albe to fit the winch into the bullbar without removing the bar from the vehicle?.

Sure was. I had to remove the bash plates, and lift it up on an angle and wiggle and jiggle a bit to get it up. (heh)

But it should be able to be done without removing the bar. At least on the d22 it can be.
