Anyone keen for a cruise out to burdekin falls via the dalbeg track?

I'm coming from the south so maybe meet somewhere near Claire round 9ish.

Prob stop for lunch/fish on the burdekin river somewhere (maybe the weir) then come home via collinsville, making it into a nice loop.
 
Does anyone know if you can make it from this weir to the burdekin dam via the river.



There was an overgrown track with some decent washed away sections that could be worth checking out. I ran out of time, so next time i'd make it an overnighter at least.
