Isn't there a little switch - neutral position switch/indicator on the gearbox that stuffs up occasionally causing limp mode to occur?

Well I fixed it tonight... Behind the battery on the driverside engine bay is the supply line coming from the tank. Found a 3m length of pressure hose lying around that fitted perfect (3/8?). Put on the length of hose, let the fuel rail drain out, then breathed about 3-4 times to pressurise...

From memory there is a cable sizer tool on the Pirahna website.. There is plenty of info on the net.

I had to get the extension onto my front diff when I changed that oil - it was done up ridiculously tight. Wouldn't be suprised if the gearbox is the same although it wasn't too bad on mine.
