Diff locks standard?

Hi all i have been wondering if a late 2000 d22 navara has diff locks standard or not.

no Australian models came out standard from the factory with lockers.

What about the D40's? Did they come with some form of diff lock? Probably should have done a bit of research

not in Aus, but in other countries yes they come with a rear locker.

Pretty sure in the USA there is a model of the "frontier" where it has one in the rear diff as a standard feature.

The D22 probably did in some models sent to other countries, seems like we always miss out on the good bits like that.

From memory there are sections in the manuals showing the symbols on the dash and things like "when fitted" ect

Yeah there was a model of the Frontier that was factory fitted with an E locker or electronic locker .All D40 4x4 ( other than the 550 range ) I believe came with LSD and the 4x2 came with a single spinner diff,basically same diff no clutches

ARB air locker , or Eaton E-locker from places like opposite lock, you can also get mechanical auto lockers or "Lokka" from companies like Lockrite

IMO eaton E-locker is the way to go
