Manta 3'' Exhaust dump pipe?

Hey guys
I have a Manta 3" turbo back exhaust installed and was wondering if the dump pipe is ok. Looks to be cut off the back so that it does not hit the fire wall. Would this restrict the exhaust gasses at all?

the exhaust gases are certainly hitting a wall on exit. yes this would be some restriction.

What else could you do anyway? Hardly enough room for a nice bend...are other make better?

yeh other brands give you smooth bends.

Cool.definatly doesnt look possible..saw a pic of one dump that had been hit with a hammer so it would fit...was supposedbly brand new.....unsure on that design.

Yeah.. I've got one. I dunno if they restrict it, but it still flows a damn lot better than the stock exhaust...

The x force shouldn't be as bad as it's only the pipe that's been hit with a hammer. They havent cut part of it out and welded another piece in...

In saying that, I have less than an inch of clearance to the firewall even with it the way it is on my thai built d22
