just to go against the grain, but I was actually happy with the service Nissan has given me today. While I was waiting I noticed it dripping coolant. Tech came out and took it away again and tightened bottom radiator hose and topped up coolant (admittedly I will have to watch the coolant level for a bit). And they are replacing the passenger window switch (doesn't wind window up) under warranty and the drivers seatbelt (doesn't retract very well) under warranty. At least I feel like I have had a win, unlike my previous visit.
