Oil catch can

I've been reading up and it appears that an oil catch can can be advantageous for my ZD30. Does anyone know anything or have any experience with ZD30s with a catch can fitted? Is it worth it? If so, do you have any recommendations as to where to get a decent one?

Forefront industries got a really good one. Theh have a mesh in the can that catches all the oil in the air.
Benifit is it reduces blocke smoke comeing out of ur rear end also keeps all your air intake clean
