radio fault

hi all i just picked up a 05 d22 str it still has stock nissan radio installed. sometimes i have passenger side speaker working, sometimes no speakers working. but never the drivers side speaker. i still get power to the main unit when there is no sound.
can someone please give me some ideas as to what might be going on thanks

It just the speakers cutting in and out they are shit!!

G'day in mine the plug in the plastic kick panel near the door frame had dirty connections and did the same might be a possibility

Mine was the same, one speaker worked when it felt like it. I just changed the speakers out for Pioneer 6". Worth doing as stock speakers are sh!te and get better sound out of pretty much anything else

Yeah I have an 06 d22 and had the same problem. New speakers and head unit. Although just changing the speakers solved it

Even then you could probably at speakers in the rear for more depth...
