I had it done when I was in the Army. The op was on a Friday arvo and the following Monday I had to do a 5km run for PT. It was a little sore but nothing too bad; however, I took a little longer than normal to start shooting blanks so I had to have three tests done, which wasn't too bad because the Mrs gave me a hand (but true).
