70 to 80 ks in 5th wouldn't be helping I wouldn't think...Try staying in 3rd and 4th and see how it goes...

Mine let go but I wasn't going very fast,I did end up with rubbish sitting in the inlet pipe on top of the motor...I just changed the turbo and away I went with no problems...I did get a diesel mechanic come and look at it before I did the job and he said he has changed plenty of turbo's that...

Mine will climb easily past 700 if I let it...I live in a hilly area with quite a few long climbs but I always back off a little when it gets to 700....2003 cab chassis with chip express chip,everything blanked off and 3" system...

I have had one on my 03 for 10000ks...Left it on the setting it came with,just plugged it in and that's it...I have installed an EGT gauge and change gears or back off when it gets 700 but so far i have had no drama's...My ute has done 200000 ks and did a turbo at 140000....I am tossing up...

Hi folks...Can anyone tell me if there are any other filters on the fuel line of a 2003 D22...My ute randomly stops as if it's running out of fuel...A quick couple of pumps on the primer and it fires up and may go days without doing it again... Any ideas... Cheers...Sparra

My 2003 hand brake stopped working but it was the bracket under the dash that is part of the cable had broken...I took it out and welded it up and put it back in while waiting for a new cable and it's still in there...

Hey fella's...Just picked up a 3 Dog slide on for my Nav so I can tow the boat...At the moment it is just a box with a tent...I am looking to pimp it out and looking for ideas so if anyone has any pic's of similar slide on setups I wouldn't mind seeing some pic's... Cheers...Sparra

Also a bit of an insurance policy if your turbo lets go...Catches all the bits before they enter the motor..I have had one go and lucky for me it did no damage but I will be putting an intercooler on in the next few weeks for that reason...

Is there much to moving the power steering cooler??

Mine does the same thing but I did the catch can at the same time...I just assumed it's my turbo spinning that I can hear...It makes the noise about 3 seconds after shut down...I have done about 6000 k's since the mod with no adverse effects so I am not qorried about it...
