Noticed some oil on the driveway. Appears to be coming from back of the sump area. Could this be a rear main bearing seal, and is this common with Spanish built D40's? Vehicle is 2010 manufacture and has only done just over 100,000km. If this is the problem will I need a mortgage to get it fixed?

Having suffered some exhaust damage it seems like a good excuse to fit a 3 inch King Brown system from turbo back. Has anyone on here fitted a 3 inch system to a D40 (140KW) and was there any noticeable improvement? Is it necessary to have the diesel injector pump re calibrated or whatever?
