Just wondering if anyone has changed the tensioner only for the timing chain? Since that is the first thing to go and then cause the chain to stretch etc I was thinking change the tensioner every 100k or less and it should preserve the chain yea? That said I don't know what's involved in doing...

I have 0 offset on mine. Looks tough as and drives really well. Only problem is it throws all the dirt and stones all over my car because they stick out so far which is causing a few stone chips on the paint

I'm looking at getting a redarc charger (my mates old man works there so I can get one discounted). what model redarc charger are people running and what is good for the d40's? Would the bcdc1220 be good enough?
