Installed some LED lights in the ARB Cover Panel today.. Used the angle grinder to cut holes so i could flush mount the lights, then sikka flexed around them to cover my rubbish angle grinder job. :)

I own a 2010 d40 St diesel and also the new model D4D Sr 2006 hilux both with similar mods. The navara has more torque and power on paper but the hilux kills the navara for low down torque but higher in the rev range they are about equal.. I'd have a drive of both to see the difference.

Same here i had hid's but took them out because i was consistently getting high beamed by other cars.. although the light output was great for me with the hid's. I would be interested to see how these go.

ok thanks guys, its a small fabrication company thats does all custom stuff i requested no cats at my own risk which he said he could do. I might just get them hollowed out then?..

Hi guys, A local 4x4 place is gonna do a stainless dump pipe and mild steel exhaust for $1050.00 and also put in the EGR blanking plates for that price. I asked him to go with no cats but he said that may affect the sensors and said maybe hollowing out the cats would be better has anyone got...

I was there today, there was on Hilux there with a camper trailer, but didn't see any other campers...The beach has full access and the dunes to the southern end, all the dunes north of the entry are closed off which is a shame as they were the bigger ones.

would these fit on an ARB sahara bar d40 easily? I'm keen to get one!

I have a 3 inch suspension and 2 inch body lift. Any bar work will be affected.. The front bar is easily modified but my rear ARB bar hasn't been modified because there is too much work involved. Other then that no issues.

Looks great i need to get some asap!! Were they easy to install? I wonder how hard it will be to wash the mud out after a few bog holes though haha

i second that i have 33's and the 4x4 shop said to run them around 38psi

i definatley cant complain i tested mine out at menai today hit a waterhole and dove in above the bonnet then was mucking around and stalled it whilst about a foot above the sills and it restarted it (to my suprise) and drove out.

yeah i thought i was the only one with the problem you should be able to tow a boat out of a fairly steepish ramp without having to go into 4lo or riding the clutch to the point of cooking it. My old commodore and 2007 hilux both do it with no issues at all. must be that shitty d40 clutch...

hi guys, was wondering whether anyone has raised their ARB rear bar after getting a body lift. Ive already lifted my bullbar which wasnt too hard but the rear bar looks like a fair bit of work. If anyones done this just wondering whether you have any tips? cheers ryan
