Any reason why you got bogged you think??

All these pictures are making it hard for me, I leave in 5 days to do the cape

Possible tyre pressures? I dropped to 20psi and 2nd low I tried to keep wheel spin to minimum to prevent sinking there. The sand is like flour so bloody soft.

When the car was underwater I blew the fuse that runs my rear air locker. Thus giving me open center diffs front and rear. I had tires droped to 20psi. Maybe slightly too slow even and just a bit of bad luck I think.

Nothing to be embarrassed about, lots of trucks get stuck there. From what I've heard it's one of the hardest crossings.

And it's always great to watch ya mates jump into a river and get wet, even more so when you're sitting down ;-)

G'day guys, done the cape in July had a ball yeh nolans has a bloody soft bottom & there is bit of a line to take through it saw many cars go for a swim in it when up there all in all great experience . All the best for anyone taking it on!
