Thanks guys, it was an awesome 4x4 just wasn't quite powerful enough...

FatBoy the chip was quite impressive... Picked up a fair amount of torque and better throttle response, I didn't get a chance to tow with it so ca comment there. Bang for buck though I rekon it was great.

Rusty I was looking for a 4.2 Patrol for ages! I just didn't come across one at the right price with low k's.... When this popped up it was too go to say no. 2008 with 39000km

Sweet, good to know. Im fitting my 33's on Saturday and then I think I'll be needing a chip before I abuse we on fraser! How did it go with scrubbing with 33's?

Yeah with mine on the 33's it would struggle a little to get going. I removed my front mudguards and had to 'massage' the rear inside of the guard a bit with a hammer. But once that was done no scrubbing

I did have a 2" body lift aswell as a 2" suspension lift. You're runnig the same I take it?
