You might be right, I didn't read the letter myself and I doubt the mate did either after all it was for his wife's car. If the bonnet was 18 months ago it wont effect him anyway the 'Lux is only 12 months old. But given that the 6 month old Prado hasn't been serviced in 37000ks and I doubt the Lux has been in it's 29000K I doubt the recall letter will do much
